Mark was great, very welcoming and friendly. I purchased my first second-hand car in Australia here and the service was excellent. None pushy and very informative! The whole process was easy, stress-free, and communication was clear throughout. Mark also had the car fully serviced and the air-conditioning fixed prior to purchase, which I really appreciated. Excellent experience buying from Mark. We browsed at our leisure and could sit in the cars and look at the log books etc unaccompanied, which I found a much better experience than at other car yards where we had to be escorted. We decided on a car which was in excellent condition. When the car was ready, Mark sent his staff to pick me up from the train station, he had changed all the tyres to brand new ones, he had completed the registration papers for me and the tank was full! Thank you Mark, the next time we are on the market to buy another car, Meerkat Motors will be the first place we look!

Called meerkat motors to check out a car on there website was told it was just in so went to have a look was met by one of the guys who showed me the car and asked if I wanted to take it out for a test drive. Came back spoke with the owner Mark who said he would have it ready in two days paid a deposit and picked the car up which looked great after being detalied and serviced. Walked in to the yard with my son, looking at the possibility of buying a first car for him. The sales guys were around and acknowledged our presence with a little nod and left us to look through the yard before approaching. Speaking first with Harrison, he spoke with a friendly, non-pushy tone and happily discussed the various aspects of the two cars my son was interested in. The test drive was offered with no hesitation and my P-plater son was allowed to drive with no qualms. On return, we spoke to the Owner/Manager Mark and discussed the price, conditions and process. In the end we placed an offer on the car, and through Malitha we completed the paperwork. The car was freshly serviced and cleaned for pickup the next day and my son drove away very happily. I was extremely impressed with the human beings at Meerkat Motors from start to finish. The service, non-pushy nature and after care they provide is second to none. I have 4 younger kids who will all benefit from a visit to Meerkat in the coming years to look for their first cars.

Highly recommend visiting Mark at Meerkat Motors! I recently moved to Perth from the UK and desperately needed a car as I had started a new job. Browsed many dealers and cars online, viewed and test drove a couple that weren't a good fit until I saw an Audi A1 come up online at Meerkat Motors. I arranged to view and test drive the car easily, Mark and his team were very responsive and attentive. When I got to the dealership the car did have a small bit of damage that I couldn't quite see on the photos, however they only had the car for 1-2 days and were planning to fix the bodywork anyway. It test drove well, low milage and the interior was in great condition. After a discussion they agreed to also put it through a new service for me as it was due a month later, get the small bit of bodywork fixed before I picked it up and I also got a free year of basic warranty through them. When I picked the car up it was in great condition and just been cleaned for me too! If you're hunting for a car here in Perth, check out their stock online but do go and speak to Mark as he was so helpful!

I am very appreciative of this business - the owner Mark and staff Malitha pride themselves on quality products (cars) and perfect customer service. Purchased car. The central locking wasnt working and thanks to the team and outsourced to local mechanic to source part and repaired. The team was so customer focused not on one occasion but several and exceeded expectations. I hope they enjoy the pastries and freshly made pork/pawn spring rolls .. thank you Mark and Malitha solid service. 👍

Absolutely great service. I came into the dealership looking for a car and I saw they were bringing in an Hyundai i45, I asked the salesperson on site about it and he told me that he would get it serviced and some of the paint fixed before selling it and to leave a deposit, and the car was ready for pick up the next day. Prior to handing it over they had serviced it, replaced two of the tired, detailed it, filled in damages to a rear door, painted over the fill in, repainted both the bumpers, and buffed the paint coat where there were minor scratches from the previous owner, all painting and filling was done by a paint shop down the road and cost more then $1500. They had not charged me any extra then the original discussed price. On pick up of the car I met the owner and had a nice chat, absolutely great bloke. I would recommend they were a great help in finding a car, would recommend anyone searching for a first car to come here as they were aiding me each step of the way and they provided a 1 year warranty for multiple aspects to the vehicle including engine maintenance, turbo maintenance and so on. 10/10 service and I would go back again.
